Mrs..................... in ......., the northern-most district of Bangladesh, in1962 in a very traditional and respectable Muslim family.

She is an M.A from Dhaka University and also completed MBA degree. She had a tremendous intention to do herself something for the welfare of the human and society. In her professional career she got herself involved with teaching profession in different women colleges to promote the women's creativity and their involvement in every spheres of the community. During the professional life she kept herself in touch with different professional training programs like "Problems and Possibilities of Financing Small Industries', 'Computer Skill Development' etc.

She is very polite, dynamic, enthusiastic & also a good writer and organizer. She is engaged in various social, cultural, educational & philanthropic activities. She took the initiative to make vaccination camp for polio for the children’s & relief activities for flood victims. She has a great contribution about plantation & organized of the training program for the distress women. She traveled many villages of Bangladesh and abroad for educational and social activities.

Managing Director-Md. Ashraful Islam 

       

Md. Ashraful Islam was born in 1970, in the Dist. of Naogaon. He successfully completed his BBS(Hons), MBA (Management) from University of Rajshahi., and started a challenging career in Real Estate sector in 1999. He has 21 years of experience in the competitive real estate arena, especially in the field of high-rise residential and commercial projects all over the Dhaka, Chottogram and Dubai.

He has given leadership & developed a new concept in Real Estate marketing in Bangladesh. He is very efficient, hardworking and honest. He has served in bti for 4.5 years, addl for 12.5 years, Sanmar, Amin Mohammad Foundation, Rupayan and landing address for 4 years very successfully and given leadership to the Business & Sales Team with the status of Head of Business Team, Executive Director and General Manager. He has started his dream company “landspect ltd.” solutions for living, with a green (eco-friendly) concept and ideas like other developed countries with his two dynamic, most experienced and honest partners. His commitment, competence, confidence & skill has made him an icon in this industry.

Director-Md. Faizul Hasan Choudhury

Md. Faizul Hasan Choudhury was born in the district of Gaibandha in 1976. He has successfully completed Master’s in Management and MBA (Finance) with distinction. He started his carrier NH (Pvt.) Ltd in 1999. After completed that job joined in 2000 in Apartment Design & Development Ltd.(addl).

He has more than 20 years experiences in real estate industry with his utmost sincerity. Diversity of his professional expertise, made his professional journey flourished and colorful. His focus on good governance with best practices and norms are the key, which has helped him with their honest partner to build a smart and hardworking team in “Landspect Limited”.
